Appeal of Summit App. No. 2008-L-007, <a href="http://www.supremecourt.ohio.gov/rod/docs/pdf/11/2009/2009-ohio-4256.pdf">2009-Ohio-4256</a>. Per the Plaindealer, 3/6/2010: &quot;The 11th District Court of Appeals had ruled last August that the public owns any land beneath the lake water at any given moment, while lakefront property owners own the dry land above the water line.
