<description><![CDATA[<p><em><strong> State ex rel. Ohio Policy Roundtable v. Ted Strickland, Governor </strong></em>, Case No. 2009-1590, Gov. Ted Strickland&rsquo;s plan to install video slot machines at horse-racing tracks (HB 1) should be voided because (1) the slot machines don&rsquo;t fall within the definition of games that Ohio voters approved when establishing the state lottery in 1973, violating Ohio Constitution Art.
