<title>Doggie Pancakes</title>

<p class="p1"><strong>Makes about 15</strong></p> <p class="p1">1 cup buckwheat flour<br /> 4 tablespoons corn flour<br /> 1 teaspoon baking powder<br /> 1 cup buttermilk<br /> 4 tablespoons milk<br /> 1 large egg</p>

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until smooth.&nbsp; Refrigerate for 30 minutes.&nbsp; In a small saucepan, heat a small amount of butter (to coat) and cook each pancake about 1 minute on each side.&nbsp; (For bone-shaped pancakes, just pour the batter into a bone-shaped cookie cutter.)&nbsp; Cool and serve. <strong>Makes about 40</strong> <br /> <p>1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour<br /> 1 teaspoon baking powder<br /> 50 g 1/2 stick melted butter<br /> 1/3 cup plain yoghurt<br /> 1 teaspoon honey<br /> 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley</p>

Preheat the oven to 400F/200C&nbsp; Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. &nbsp; If the dough is to dry add a little water. &nbsp; On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to about 3/8 inch thick. <p><strong>Makes 10-20</strong></p> <p>(All depends on how big you make them)</p> <p>1 pound ground turkey</p> <p>3/4&nbsp;cup cooked brown rice</p> <p>3/4&nbsp;cup cooked broccoli, chopped</p> <p>1/2&nbsp;teaspoon finely chopped oregano</p> <p>butter</p>

Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.&nbsp; Roll into large meatballs, there should be enough for between 10-20.
