June 25th

Sounds will be arriving very very soon. And they are pretty massive sounds to boot. Exciting things are happening though. We are currently talking to several people about TFATD, not allowed to say much more than that - sorry. Matt's back is still not good though so we have to take it one step at a time.
Talking of Matt, he has released his 2nd album Ghost which you can go and get here. And you should. It features Stuart and myself (Kev) on some tracks so it's a family affair! He's been getting good press and has even got some t-shirts for sale here. And don't forget you can still get the awesome TFATD t-shirts here.

Hell yes! The recording dates are booked, material is being written, and deals are being done. All very exciting.
We also have finally got round to putting up a MySpace page, for no other reason than we thought why not. So if that's your thing then you can head over there and friend us. We'll try to keep it updated but most of our main news will be on this site first.

Hello all. A quick update to let you know that we are almost finished putting together the ideas for the album. Just waiting to confirm the recording dates and then it's all systems go.

We now have some brand new T-Shirts for you. The store has been set up with three designs at the moment, two based around the e.p. logo and one new one designed by Kev. Hope you enjoy them.
It's looking like the studio dates for the album recording may be in June. This is all dependant on the recovery of Matt's back (which you can read more about on his blog) so we're keeping our fingers crossed.

Mr. Matt Stevens has put up the latest in his Sunday Free Noodle series, and guess what - it's The Fierce & The Dead origin story as told by Kev and Matt. Like Wolverine but without the fighting or vests. Or the budget.
The video is starting to come together, although there's still a little way to go. Should hopefully have something to show in the next week or so.

I've finally got around to putting a few photos onto the pictures page, and will be hopefully getting some more soon for you to cast your gaze over.
We've continued to recieve some great press for the track Part 1 and have also been getting plays on podcasts from both sides of the pond. We gave an exclusive 4 minute edit of the track to the Is This Thing On podcast #22, and have had Part 1 played in its entirety on the Prog'opolis podcast #139. Both of these podcasts are well worth a listen of you're looking for new music.
And thanks for the video ideas. Keep them coming.

A big thank you to everyone who has downloaded the Part 1 e.p. and to everyone who has taken the time to indulge our indulgence. The positive feedback is spurring us on to get the album sessions underway as soon as we possibly can and hopefully get some live shows arranged for later in the year. I'll keep you posted.

March 1st Part 2

Well here it is at last. As promised we are initially releasing the track through Bandcamp.com. You should be able to see the widget on our main page and also on our music page that will allow you to listen straight away. If you have problems with that then you can follow this link directly to the bandcamp site. I hope you like it and and I hope you can help to support us to produce the forthcoming album. Enjoy.

February 28th

The new e.p. is now mixed and waiting to be mastered. This should be happening by the end of the week which means you will hopefully be able to download the track by next weekend.
At present it is titled 'Part 1', and unless we can think of anything better between now and then it will remain so.
We're planning on releasing it through Bandcamp initially, followed by iTunes, Amazon, etc within the month.

Not being ones to rest on our laurels we have already started planning the next recording sessions for the very near future. And we may be taking on new members, some permanent and some honorary. So if it all goes tickity boo you'll be seeing our first full length album in the summer.

In the meantime keep your eyes peeled for various video nuggets that we'll be throwing onto our Youtube channel at random intervals.
